**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Implementing Palo Alto Firewall policies, as well as Bluecoat/Zscaler policies and PAC Files
+ Troubleshooting customer issues with various Security Devices such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Bluecoat, Zscaler, etc.
+ Joining Warrooms to quickly analyze, communicate, and resolve complex issues
+ Monitoring alerts across various security devices to ensure they are health
+ Cloud Support for Azure, AWS, GCP environment, specifically for Palo Alto support
+ Identify and utilize AI for various processes and procedures
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
+ Cloud experience when working with Palos built in Azure, AWS, GCP
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot issues on Zscaler and Palo Alto Firewalls to implement the necessary solution
+ Proven good communication skills to be able to join Warrooms when necessary to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
+ Proven ability to work well with other team members to help resolve issues more efficiently
