Must-Have:

1) 8+ years of experience as a technical BA

2) 3+ years experience in a technical domain (e.g., software development, operations).

3) 3+ years hands on experience with building and maintaining DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.

4) 3+ years experience working in Agile environments

5) 3+ years of experience with Release Management/automation

6) Familiarity with process analysis techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma).

Nice-to-Have:

• advanced ITSM experience, especially with ITIL frameworks.

• Spanish language skills.

• Experience with ServiceNow DPR and Release Management.
