Senior Information Technology Manager

Overview:

We are a fast-growing healthcare group with multiple clinics and digital products. IT is a core function for us-not a support desk.

We are looking for an IT leader who can build systems, own them end-to-end, and scale them with the business.

This is not a “vendor-follow-up” role.

This is a hands-on ownership role.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the entire IT ecosystem of the organization.
• End-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure across multiple locations
• Servers, networks, cloud systems, backups, uptime
• Hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and audits
• Managing all SAAS tools (CRM, ERP, clinic software, HR, finance, analytics)
• Evaluating new tools and sunsetting weak ones
• Integrations between platforms (APIs, workflows)
• Working with internal developers and external tech partners
