Job Description

The Project Manager II is a strategic leadership role within the Business Relationship and Project Management Branch, reporting to the Project Management Office. This position is accountable for overseeing complex, high-impact projects and programs with significant ITS components across Strathcona County. The role drives enterprise-wide initiatives that align with organizational priorities, foster innovation, and deliver measurable value.

This role provides mentorship to project teams, champions project management best practices, and ensures alignment with corporate strategies. The position leads cross-departmental collaboration, manages interdependencies across multiple projects, and proactively mitigates risks to ensure successful delivery.
