Role Overview: The Senior IT Project Manager will manage Zoho CRM and BYST IT Tools / project management, drive vendor coordination, develop analytics reports, lead platform enhancement and deployment initiatives. This role also acts as a change agent to champion IT systems adoption and improvements, working closely with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, data automation, and customizations to meet evolving business needs. Drive product and tool enhancements, including design, testing, and deployment of new functionalities. Work on Vendor management activities ensuring timely and quality delivery solutions. Build and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior leadership to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure smooth change management. Act as a change agent to promote user adoption of new IT tools and processes, providing training and support to stakeholders. Ensure data governance, quality, and continuous process improvements in reporting and communication workflows.
Qualifications & Experience : Graduate/Masters in data science/statistics/economics with 5-10 years of experience. Experience /Certification in Scrum / Agile/PMP/PMI or relevant project management techniques 5 to 10 years of experience managing CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM), project/vendor management and data analytics. Proven expertise in product enhancement, deployment, and IT change management. Proficient in Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools. Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and adoption.
