Senior Engineer
·Ability to make clear and concise engineering decisions. This may at times be based upon limited information.
·An approachable individual that can work in isolation or as part of a wider team.
·Willingness to help other Department members when required.
·The ability to adapt communication style to suit the target audience.
·Good written and spoken communication skills.
·Ability to write clear and concise technical reports.
·Good time management and Client management skills.
·Managing and mentoring junior members of staff.
·The ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
·Project management of Civil Engineering schemes, taking full responsibility for all aspects including but not limited to:
oObtaining full project brief from Client.
oThe ability to undertake the role of Design Team Leader for major projects with high Civil Engineering content
oProduction of fee proposal.
oHealth and Safety / CDM r...
