From scripting and deployment to monitoring and incident response, your work will shape the future of how IT services are delivered.

You’ll also play a key role in monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and compliant. Acting as an escalation point, you’ll handle complex 2nd and 3rd line support tickets, perform regular updates and patching, and troubleshoot challenging issues to deliver long-term solutions.
