Design Leadership Role


A global engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design activities across complex projects in the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality designs and seamless integration from concept to delivery, coordinating with various disciplines and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate project requirements and develop effective design strategies

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
    aviable track record of experience as a Design Manager within a consulting environment including exposure t top-down team manangement ,integration strtegies
