Senior Infrastructure Tech Lead

Overview

As the Senior Technical Infrastructure lead, this is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring deep expertise across the SQL Server Fleet. You will play a critical role in supporting project and implementation teams, taking ownership of complex technical challenges and driving solutions through to completion.

The Role

• Deliver SQL infrastructure projects, operational support, and consultancy, providing secure, high-performance database services across the business
• Own end-to-end SQL Server delivery including builds, installations, migrations, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning
• Design and support High Availability & Disaster Recovery solutions (AlwaysOn AGs, FCIs, multi-subnet clusters, log shipping, replication)
• Apply strong infrastructure knowledge across Windows Server, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud-hosted environments
