Senior Innovation Analyst

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the following profile Senior Innovation Analyst to join our team.Required qualifications:Experience in innovation projects (practical knowledge in applying methodologies).Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint – mainly).Bachelor's degree.Group facilitation: ability to lead and apply innovation tools in problem-solving teams.Main activities and responsibilities:Facilitate the evolution of problem teams in E2E practices, aligning theories, rules, and values.Build materials and reports on the initiatives and products under your responsibility.Facilitate sessions and workshops for applying the methodology with problem teams.Encourage an agile mindset in problem teams, maintaining a focus on the value of deliveries.Execute innovation products for business areas.Activate the innovation agent at strategic moments indicated in the E2E manual.Activate the innovation agent to remove obstacles to initiatives (when necessary).Suppo...
