Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and consistently high service standards
- Identify, develop, and establish new customer relationships and potential business opportunities to support revenue growth
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations, costing analyses, and sales documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to effectively support customer requirements
- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after‑sales matters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor pricing trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support informed sales decisions
- Assist in sales forecasting, order tracking, and management reporting
