Our firm delivers white-glove, end-to-end services for families facing loss, handling everything from property liquidation to asset coordination, tax setup, and posthumous estate closure.
We are seeking a **world-class Sales Development Specialist**Not just an appointment setter to join our remote team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in high-emotion, high-impact conversations and knows how to turn cold leads into deeply trusting client relationships.
**Who You Are**
You're _**NOT**_ a call center dialer, debt collector, run of the mill appointment setter. You're a **relationship architect;**a consultative sales professional who understands nuance, timing, and how to guide people toward clarity and trust. You bring a strategic mindset, articulate communication, and a deep understanding of sales psychology. You’re not afraid of high-volume outreach, but you don’t rely on _**JUST ROBOTIC**_ scripts, you create connection, you know how to be empathetic over the phone, and turn a no into a YES.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Strategic Outreach**
Initiate high-level outbound communication with prospective clients (450+ weekly dials), balancing volume with thoughtfulness.
- **Engage in Trust-Building Conversations**
Speak with 15+ qualified prospects per day and lead conversations that are emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and highly persuasive.
- **Identify & Qualify Opportunities**
Understand the client’s estate situation and pain points, pre-qualify needs, and determine fit for our Estate Consultants.
- **Own the First Impression**
Your tone, questions, and presence determine whether someone opens up or shuts down—you own that moment.
- **Overcome Objections Intelligently**
Use advanced objection-handling frameworks rooted in psychology and empathy to move conversations forward.
- **Set Quality Appointments**
Book high-converting consultations that show up, feel seen, and are pre-qualified for complex services.
- **Document & Optimize Process**
Log all activity and insights in HubSpot CRM; contribute to refining scripts and call frameworks alongside leadership.
**Requirements**:
- **high-ticket, consultative, or B2C appointment setting or sales development**:
- Proven success in **complex, relationship-driven sales cycles**:
- **Exceptional spoken and written English** (neutral accent or highly articulate)
- Highly persuasive with mastery of **rapport-building and trust psychology**:
- Proficient in **HubSpot or similar CRM systems**:
- Experience using **ChatGPT or AI tools** for messaging optimization (preferred)
- Naturally curious, highly coachable, and intellectually agile
**More about this position**:
**Base Salary**: $1,000-$1,500 USD/month
**Minimum OTE**: $2,000-2,500+/month USD (with Monthly Commissions)
Pay: $20,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month
