We're Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (CTE | US Education)

Engagement: 13-Month Contract Extendable

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Senior Instructional Designers to support an upcoming large-scale Career & Technical Education (CTE) project aligned with the US K–12 education system.

The role requires strong instructional leadership, hands-on design expertise, and experience working with vocational or CTE content.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead instructional design decisions across multiple CTE clusters

Ensure quality and consistency of instructional artefacts.

Review and approve blueprints, storyboards, and learning assets

Mentor and guide instructional designers on pedagogy best practices

Maintain and update live instructional design guidelines

Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders on scope and design updates.
