Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

The Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for partnering with subject matter experts to design dynamic and compelling instruction for delivery via web-based media, live and virtual instruction. This person is also responsible for mentoring and reviewing the work of instructional designers and for advising TDM leadership of strategies for helping SME course developers develop more effective instruction.

Essential Duties

• Apply solid instructional design skills to a variety of learning projects. Projects may be large or complex in scope. Design and develop classroom, online, or virtual instruction based on content and input from subject-matter experts. Ensure learning meets business and learner needs.
