Senior Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer who brings strong instructional design fundamentals, reliable execution, and a consistent focus on quality. This role plays a key part in translating approved learning designs into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound learning content.

You will work closely with Learning Experience Architects, LXDs, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure learning assets are built accurately, efficiently, and to standard.

This role is intended for experienced instructional designers who can independently own complex deliverables and apply sound instructional judgment within established learning designs and frameworks.
