Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description:

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will design and develop high-quality learning programmes that support Singapore's public sector digital transformation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to create scalable, engaging learning solutions. Your role includes scoping requests, developing course architecture, designing eLearning and instructor-led content, and iterating based on feedback. The focus is on effective learning outcomes, even for technical subjects. You will not be responsible for course delivery.

Your assignments may include large-scale programmes (e.g., 50+ participants) and role-based learning maps from behavioural schemas. You will thrive in an agile environment, rapidly iterating to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will ensure that learners can track their progress through personalized learning pathways aligned with organizational goals.
