Are you an experienced instructor who has a passion for helping others grow their skills and abilities? We're seeking a full-time Sr. Instructor with demonstrated expertise in analytic instruction and experience leading project integration efforts. As a successful candidate, you will be skilled at applying lesson plans to both formal classroom and informal learning, adapting techniques to meet all student needs, utilizing a range of methods to assess participant learning and training effectiveness, providing positive coaching and feedback to participants, reviewing participant products, and conducting and facilitating meaningful and engaging activities. You will need to be able to evaluate and revise learning activities and content based on input and observations, as well as coordinate and report on participant and training progress.
