As a Senior Integration Developer (all genders), you will design, develop, and manage modern integration solutions that connect critical business applications and enable data-driven innovation.


The following tasks await you:

  • Design and Development of Integration Solutions: You design and implement REST APIs following API-first principles, define OpenAPI and RAML specifications, apply strong security patterns, and create event-driven architectures using message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ - ensuring scalability, resilience, and data consistency in distributed systems

  • Integration Platforms Expertise: You develop and maintain integration solutions using leading iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Workato, Boomi), ensuring efficient, maintainable, and reusable integration assets

  • Integration Patterns & Best Practices: You apply enterprise integration patterns (EIPs) to deliver modular and robust integration solutions aligned with architectural and business standards

  • DevOps & Automation: You build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying integration services, ensuring reliability and traceability of deployments

  • Collaboration & Strategic Contribution: You work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to analyze integration challenges, propose scalable solutions, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights

    In order to be prepared for your path as Senior Integration Developer (all genders), you have the following qualifications in your luggage:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field, and at least 3+ years of experience in integration development with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms

  • Passion for building and evolving integration landscapes, with deep expertise in building REST APIs, implementing event-driven architectures, and leveraging integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services to enable seamless enterprise connectivity (certifications are a plus)

  • Expertise in integration quality, security, and lifecycle management - ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
    You drive quality through code reviews, automation and cross-team collaboration. You provide technical leadership and coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure consistent delivery and shared best practices.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a strong plus

  • Your way of working is analytical and solution-oriented, paired with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across teams in a dynamic environment
