Senior Integration Engineer (freelancer)

We operate a Magento-based commerce and customer platform that serves as our primary system of engagement. Magento integrations feed our TrueView asset tracking and support platform, which manages device assets, lifecycle events, support tickets, and contract coverage. TrueView then integrates with enterprise systems, including ServiceNow (ITSM / IT Asset Management) and NetSuite (financial and operational systems).

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to own the end-to-end integration layer across Magento, TrueView, ServiceNow, and NetSuite, with primary responsibility for Magento → TrueView integrations and secondary responsibility for enterprise system integrations.

This role is for an engineer who thinks in integration patterns and data ownership, not just point-to-point connections.
