Senior Integration Engineer

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of middleware solutions for event streaming and API management
• Drive the adoption of an event-driven architecture across critical enterprise systems
• Design and build a new Apache Kafka platform from the ground up
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, monitoring, and operational stability
• Develop and maintain integrations using IBM webMethods and Java where required
• Collaborate with ICT teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutions
• Provide on-call support for platform operations and maintenance

Must-Have Criteria

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in event streaming and API management
• Strong practical experience with Apache Kafka (mandatory)
