Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Integrity Engineer to support our integrity management team. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of integrity programs across Oil & Gas assets in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. You will assist in delivering Integrity Management services, supporting Corrosion and Risk Management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities
Integrity Management Support
Assist in implementing Integrity Management Systems (IMS) for pressure equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pressure-relieving devices. Contribute to maintaining asset integrity through systematic planning and execution. Corrosion & Risk Management
Support corrosion control activities such as material selection, cathodic protection, coatings, and corrosion inhibitor programs. Work with RBI teams to identify damage mechanisms, define corrosion loops, and establish Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs). Participate in Remaining Life Assessments (RLA) and Corrosion Risk Assessment studies. Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Program
Assist filling RBI software upload templates, QC checks on filled data, running RBI assessment studies on software tools. Gain hands-on experience with RBI software tools (e.g., GE APM Meridium, PCMS, Capstone, Fame+, RBI-P, INFORM). Assist in applying client-specific RBI methodologies and contribute to project execution under guidance. Inspection Planning & Execution
Help develop inspection workpacks and examination schemes based on RBI outcomes. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity on inspection requirements. Compliance & Standards
Ensure activities align with industry codes and standards (API, ASME, AMPP-NACE, etc.) and regulatory requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify degradation trends. Prepare technical reports and summaries under supervision. Continuous Improvement
Support initiatives to adopt advanced technologies and optimize inspection intervals. Business & Project Support
Assist in meeting project KPIs and service delivery requirements. Contribute to proposals and technical documentation as needed. Learning & Development
Work under the guidance of senior engineers to build expertise in integrity management. Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline in a relevant subject (e.g. Mechanical or allied, Corrosion, Materials, Metallurgy Engineering). Minimum 05 years of experience supporting Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery asset integrity management services. API 580 Certifications and working knowledge of API 581 RBI methodology. SKILLS
Experience with offshore and onshore assets (including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pressure piping, pressure relieving devices, pipelines etc.). Hands on experience with RBI software tools (like GE APM, PCMS, Capstone, E2G, Fame+, RBI-P, DNV-Synergi, CREDO, Shell-RBI etc.). Knowledge of Inspection techniques (NDT and Advanced-NDT). Hands on experience with corrosion modelling tools (ECE, NORSOK etc.).
