Senior Interior Designer / Architect, Luxury Projects (Bangalore, India)

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

• Interpret project vision into compelling concepts, mood boards, visuals, and detailed drawings.
• Develop layouts, architectural coordination, material palettes, and FF&E selections that align with design intent and budget.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation to ensure clarity across project stakeholders.
• Style interiors, curate accessories, and support material approvals and sample board preparation.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants to drive high-quality design outcomes.
• Provide design inputs for marketing visualizations and ensure branding is woven seamlessly into projects.
• Resolve design conflicts promptly and support smooth project execution.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all design outputs meet agreed milestones.

Material & Vendor Alignment

• Lead material selection in accordance with project budgets and value-engineering principles.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source innovative and suitable finishing materials.

Key Requirements

• About 7–10 years of proven experience working in interior design studios (luxury-focused).
• Ability to make confident design decisions and solve problems proactively.
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with strong preference for candidates passionate about interior design.
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape Adobe Photoshop, InDesign etc.
