Senior Interior Designer
Location : Pune.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and self-driven
Senior Interior Designer cum project manager
who can independently handle projects from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a
small, dynamic design studio environment
— where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.
Beyond design, the candidate will also contribute to
client coordination, business development, and office operations , playing an active role in the overall growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Technical
• Create and develop design concepts, working drawings, and detailed interior layouts.
• Prepare presentation drawings, material boards, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct site visits for supervision, detailing, and ensuring quality standards.
• Research new materials, trends, and technologies in design.
Client & Project Management
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Handle coordination among vendors, consultants, and site teams.
• Assist with drawings, approvals, and project documentation.
Business Development
• Support in identifying new clients and project opportunities.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients for repeat business.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, social media posts, and portfolio updates.
Office & Team Support
• Take initiative in day-to-day office coordination and internal operations.
• Guide interns or junior designers when required.
• Maintain organized records, samples, and digital files.
• Participate in decision-making and workflow improvement for the studio.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in interiors.
• Strong design and detailing sense, with proficiency in
Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop & MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on multiple roles in a growing design practice.
