Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our team and take charge of high-end residential, commercial & hospitality projects. This role demands a sharp design mind, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects from initial concept, space planning, and mood boards to final execution and handover
• Develop detailed drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs
• Create 3 D visualizations, material boards, and presentation decks
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely progress
• Guide junior designers and interns in design development and project workflows
• Research materials, trends, and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed work
• Mandatory: Proficiency in 3ds Max for 3 D visualization
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Knowledge of Revit or other advanced design tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
