Ideal Candidate
3+ years of hands-on interior design experience
Strong portfolio in premium residential interiors
Excellent command over:
- Space planning
- Materials & finishes
- Joinery detailing
- Design logic (not just trends)
Ability to take ownership of design decisions and defend them confidently
Calm, structured, and mentor-oriented personality
Key Responsibilities:
Lead concept development and design direction for residential interiors
Review and approve 3D designs, materials, proportions, and layouts
