Senior Interior Designer

Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Pune Experience Center . The role involves designing mid to high-segment residential projects while ensuring exceptional client experience, timely deliveries, and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-design services , including demonstrations of finishes and design options to clients.
• Create and share quotations using company software .
• Handle multiple residential projects , ensuring alignment with client expectations in terms of budget, design aesthetics, and timelines .
• Prepare and present 3D designs and renders to clients in coordination with the 3D Modeler .
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes for a smooth customer experience.
• Oversee Junior Designers and ensure timely revenue collection for self and team projects.
• Act as an inspirational leader and mentor for the design team.
• Ensure projected revenue collections are achieved on time .

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
• At least 2 years of experience in the modular industry .
• Proficiency in SketchUp with V-Ray / Enscape .
• Strong ability to understand and capture client requirements .
• Client handling experience is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of materials and finishes .
• Strong understanding of ergonomics and design principles .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment .

Work Details

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is a weekly off)
