Senior Investment Advisor Associate (Client Service) | Los Angeles This role follows a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working from home. This well-established investment management firm is an alternative asset specialist managing over $35?billion in assets. The firm focuses on niche, cash flow-oriented strategies, leveraging deep industry expertise. They are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and committed individual with strong initiative and excellent communication skills to join their growing advisory team and deliver exceptional service to affluent investors. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary service and administrative contact for high-net-worth investors and their professional advisors (CPAs, business managers, attorneys) Lead or participate extensively in department- and firm-level projects Open new accounts and monitor onboarding progress Provide daily client service, including (but not limited to): processing deposits and withdrawals, handling cashiering needs, facilitating tax trading, charitable gifting, required minimum distributions, special requests, account re-registrations, cost basis step-ups, preparing custom reports and tax analysis reports, and managing address changes and account terminations Execute asset allocation changes as recommended by Advisors and track their completion Schedule Advisor-client meetings and prepare portfolio review materials Attend in-house or off-site meetings and events as requested by Advisors Maintain and update client files, CRM systems, and other portfolio data as needed Collaborate with management to review and enhance operational practices and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 years of client service experience with high-net-worth clients Series 7 license preferred Solid understanding of equity, fixed income, and alternative asset classes Experience preparing paperwork and managing workflows associated with custodians Previous experience working with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Investments Ability to set up various account registrations, including understanding required documentation and associated restrictions The firm offers a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
