JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Senior IPA/ Agentic Engineer

Reporting to:

Department: FASST

Location of work: India, Remote

Main Purpose of the Role

· Design, Develop, and Implement Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and Agentic AI solutions in FASST portfolio applications covering Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain & Royalties.

· Build AI Agents across multi-cloud technology platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, SAP BTP etc. working with different application teams such as SAP, Oracle & Workday etc.

· Work with business SMEs to identify automation/ Agentic AI opportunities and define technical requirements.

· Prototype new Agentic AI & IPA capabilities for our growing financial product line.

· Collaborate with Global IPA/ AI/ ML teams & follow CoE standards, methodologies, and best practices for IPA and Agentic AI development.

· Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges and contribute to the successful delivery of support and projects.

Technical Expertise

· Hands-on Development Expertise in RPA tools: UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.

· Up to date in Agentic AI technology & tools in any of Cloud platforms i.E., Azure, GCP or AWS.

· Hands-on Development Expertise in multi-cloud services that work together with Agentic AI & RPA in any of Cloud platforms i.E., Azure, GCP or AWS.

· Expertise in building multi-cloud serverless functions in any programming languages such as Nodejs, Python, Go etc.

· Deep understanding of any LLM model, Vector DB and expertise in prompt engineering.

· Deep understanding and extensive working experience with GitHub.

· Understanding of ITGC, SOX, audit compliance, and data security standards.

· Knowledge of predictive analytics, process mining, and automation orchestration.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

· Overall 10+ years of hands-on development experience in AI/ML, IPA/RPA, or digital process automation, ideally in finance and SCM context.

· Proven track record of implementing business initiatives using RPA/ IPA/ Agentic AI.

· Experience working in an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of delivering in a fast-paced, global environment as an Individual contributor.
