Responsibilities
- Actively participates in the selection and certification of suppliers, with BU Engineer and Procurement, to ensure that the selected supplier meet Kaifa requirements in term of technology, quality, cost and services.
- Conduct the supplier to key suppliers in quality system and the production manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformity and continuous improvement
- Participate in the selection and verification of parts in the design stage of the company’s new project
- Establish and review part quality plan, define key parameter for incoming inspection
- Participating new project kick off meeting and prepare FAE as according to new project requirement.
- Conduct part approval process (FAE), work with supplier and related department function to resolve supplier and material related issue before mass production, to ease project can be started on time.
