We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator who can take ownership of IT infrastructure, lead critical initiatives, and support the organization’s growth journey.

Title: Senior IT Administrator

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Purpose

To manage and maintain the organisation’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations, secure environments, and effective IT support across users, systems, and assets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across locations, ensuring systems and users function smoothly
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server roles
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment including email, collaboration tools, and user access
• Handle endpoint configuration, OS installations, patching, and system updates
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including allocation, tracking, warranties, and AMCs
• Manage backup and recovery processes for servers and critical systems
• Support virtualisation environments such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests within defined timelines
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT services
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records
• Support infrastructure upgrades, system changes, and technology enhancements as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in an IT Administration or Infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and server administration
• Experience with endpoint management and IT asset handling
• Working knowledge of backup solutions and virtualisation platforms
• Ability to manage multiple IT tasks and support organisational requirements
