Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR applications around SuccessFactors with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management.
  • Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.
  • Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors solutions further.
  • Create function descriptions for the development and you can do customizing settings by yourself, as a part of projects.
  • Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global success factor environment.
  • Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
  • Manages ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction of our HR applications.

  • Bachelor degree / Technical Education in IT business administration, business informatics or comparable education.
