Responsibilities
Manage the HR applications around SuccessFactors with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management. Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions. Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors solutions further. Create function descriptions for the development and you can do customizing settings by yourself, as a part of projects. Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global success factor environment. Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects. Manages ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction of our HR applications.
