Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance during the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services
  • Conduct quality review of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services
  • Working closely with IT stakeholders, assist in the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services
  • Conduct review and assessment of existing IT contracts (goods & services) and provide recommendations as appropriate.
  • Consult, analyze and evaluate existing IT contracts, and document contractual requirements for net contracts and renewals
  • Identify contract lifecycle, including schedule, renewal, expirations
  • Develop (and track) contract (procurement) status
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with stakeholders
  • Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures
