Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert and escalation point for complex server, network, and system-level hardware issues.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, firmware, and infrastructure failures.
• Lead end-to-end hardware problem management, from immediate remediation to long-term preventative solutions.
