HEROIC.com (HEROIC.com) is seeking a Senior IT and Desktop Support Technician to help manage IT operations for our clients in the Monterey Bay area. We are looking for someone who is ready to make a difference and help us build the future of security-focused IT services. As a member of the IT Team, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and support of our clients IT systems. This includes installing, configuring, testing, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware, software, and networking for users within a mixed Windows environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires to work 100% onsite in Watsonville, CA.
