Insight Global is hiring an experienced Senior IT Developer to lead the deployment and management of a critical third-party Anti-Money Laundering (AML) application for a top 5 banking client in downtown Toronto. This role combines DevOps expertise with application runtime optimization, focusing on containerized Java workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will own the technical infrastructure for the AML platform, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and performance tuning for systems that process millions of transactions daily.
Key responsibilities include architecting AKS clusters, automating deployments with Helm, configuring networking and ingress, optimizing JBoss EAP runtimes, managing PostgreSQL databases, and implementing robust security measures aligned with banking regulations.
