What you will do
Coordinates departmental projects and the design, evaluation, recommendation, building, testing and maintenance of medium to large computing services and writes specification documents for these systems.
Responds to support tickets and resolves technical issues escalated through Help Desk Help Desk within specified timeframes, uses troubleshooting tools and procedures to resolve issues...
