Job Description
This role is responsible for the stable, secure, and compliant operation of SG Support infrastructure services while also driving continuous improvement through automation, identity governance, and structured enhancement work. The successful candidate is an all‑rounder who can operate across ITIL Level 1 to Level 3, manage workflows end‑to‑end in Jira, execute change safely, and maintain strong operational discipline in a PCI DSS Tier 1 environment. A strong emphasis is placed on building and maintaining automation as a normal operating standard, not as an optional add‑on.
