Key Responsibilities

Systems & Infrastructure

• Supervise and maintain servers, networks, computer systems, and IT equipment.

• Ensure optimal system performance with minimal downtime.

• Coordinate and oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

• Manage data backups, system recovery processes, and disaster recovery plans.

• Monitor system capacity and recommend improvements to support business growth.

Technical Support & Operations

• Oversee IT operations, including helpdesk support and ticket resolution.
