**Summary of the position**:
**As a key member of the Management team, this position is responsible for all aspects of management of information technology across all offices of the company. It is a unique mix of hands-on support duties, people management, and strategic planning & execution.**
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the uptime of the contact center, CRM, and other systems.
- Performs technology needs analysis and suggests hardware and software upgrades.
- Rolls out hardware, software and cloud SaaS-based systems to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
- Manages projects per agreed upon budget and schedules.
- Manages a team of globally distributed IT professionals using best practices, systems, procedures and processes.
Job Requirements:
