  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal training systems and infrastructure
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (Laptops, servers(vm), network devices) and software
  • Prepare and set up the centre according to the training requirements.
  • Provisioning of training laptops using cloning tools, or push down via GPO or WSUS etc.
  • Support user account and permission management in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Provide operation and support for equipment. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and arrange for defective components to be replaced
  • Perform routine monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance across systems.
  • Help maintain and document IT inventory, system configurations, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with vendors, system administrators and project teams to resolve issues in the environments.
