A leading tech company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to manage daily operations for Microsoft 365 environments and optimize virtualization setups. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in enterprise-level IT operations, strong expertise in VMware technologies, and proficiency in PowerShell scripting. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and relevant certifications (ITIL, VMware VCP) are preferred. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work adaptively in a fast-paced environment, including on-call support as necessary.
