Are you passionate about leading complex IT projects that shape the future of financial processes? At Trusted Shops, we’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (Finance) to join our Finance Department and drive strategic IT initiatives that power our business.

Your Impact

  • Lead multiple or highly complex financial and company-wide IT projects.

  • Develop long-term IT strategies to optimize financial workflows.

  • Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost savings.

  • Ensure seamless integration of financial IT systems across departments.

  • Mentor junior IT project managers and foster knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.

  • Evaluate emerging financial IT technologies and assess their impact.

    • Dein Profil

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or IT.

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management.

  • Ideally, experience with electronic banking, payment service providers, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business ByDesign).

  • Knowledge of data analytics and interface processing is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to tackle new topics.

  • Risk & change management experience as well as mentoring & coaching capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German and a passion for teamwork.
