Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and detailed delivery plans
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage project changes, risks, and performance metrics throughout the lifecycle
- Support production operations while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
