Key Tasks

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee multiple project portfolios within our organization. This is a high-visibility, strategic role managing critical initiatives, including CRM enhancements, ServiceNow implementation, and technical debt resolution. The ideal candidate is assertive, highly process-oriented, and capable of leading teams with a tactical, results-driven approach.

• Manage multiple project portfolios, including Dynamics Cloud CRM and ServiceNow initiatives monitoring project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple portfolios.
• Oversee development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
