Must be experienced and familiar with Information Technology recruitment; strong excel skills and organized and detail oriented. Consultative client advisory expertise.

Recruit for a range of IT and GenAI roles including software engineers, cloud architects, data scientists, product strategists/designers/researcher.

Works closely with tech and GenAI leaders to understand role requirements

Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (Linkedin, HireEZ, Beamery, Workday)

Manage the full recruiting cycle; posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of experience in Information Technology.

Experience recruiting for GenAI roles or advanced technical positions in Machine learning, NLP, or data science.

Strong sourcing skills and experienced with platforms like Linkedin; GitHub and AI Recruiting tools.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach and team player.
