Requirements Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter Contract to Hire (C2H) Location: Onsite Experience: 58+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, work closely with sales and delivery teams, and consistently deliver high-quality candidates within aggressive timelines. Experience in US/India staffing, vendor management, and compliance-driven hiring is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H, Contract, and Full-Time roles. Handle high-volume C2H hiring across technologies such as SAP, Cyber Security, Service Now and salesforce. Partner with sales, account managers, and hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and rate constraints. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed), referrals, and networking. Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, availability, rate alignment, and compliance readiness. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding for C2H roles. Manage vendor/sub-vendor relationships and ensure quality submissions. Ensure adherence to C2H compliance, documentation, background verification, and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and provide daily/weekly hiring reports. Mentor junior recruiters and support team targets when required. Drive closure focus and meet monthly/quarterly hiring SLAs. Required Skills & Experience 58+ years of IT recruitment experience, with strong C2H exposure. Proven success in India staffing environments. Solid understanding of C2H billing models, pay rates, margins, and conversions. Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator) preferred. Strong knowledge of IT skill sets and market trends. Excellent candidate engagement and negotiation skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience handling direct client requirements. Prior experience in product + services hiring mix. Exposure to conversion tracking from C2H to FTE.
