What you will bring

• At least 5 years of experience in IT recruiting
• University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong experience in active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Experience in international recruiting is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style
