Senior IT Service Desk Engineer

In the IT operations team, we seek an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Engineer with a strong background in Infrastructure and End‑User Computing (EUC). The role delivers high‑quality technical support, mentors junior analysts, and plays a key link between frontline support and back‑end infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile and peripheral devices.
