Your Responsibilities

Vendor & Outsourcing Management
  • Monitor and manage ICT service providers and outsourcing arrangements (including secondary assets).
  • Maintain and update the contract, SLA, and KPI catalogues; track performance and drive service improvement actions.
  • Conduct vendor risk assessments in line with MaRisk and DORA requirements.
  • Ensure ICT vendors hold and maintain valid certifications (ISO, SOC 2, or equivalent).
  • Support and coordinate the sub-outsourcing notification process for intra-group and other third party services.

  • Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness
  • Implement second and third line of defence finding remediations related to risk analysis, business continuity, and governance maturity.
  • Consolidate performance, incident, and compliance reports; escalate issues and coordinate remediation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation to ensure ongoing audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with CoreTech, InfoSec, and business owners on vulnerability management and control follow-ups.

  • Business Continuity & IT Service Continuity
  • Develop and maintain business continuity by ensuring IT service continuity (restart and recovery plans, testing schedules, exit strategies).
  • Align with application owners and ICT providers on BCM deliverables and compliance requirements.
  • Support the practical implementation of ITSCM processes to ensure resilience and compliance.
  • Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Management, or Vendor Management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking and ICT regulatory frameworks (EBA Guidelines, DORA, MaRisk), particularly around outsourcing, risk, and information security.
  • Solid grasp of IT fundamentals , able to challenge vendors, analyze risks, and translate technical or regulatory inputs into practical governance measures.
  • Experience supporting or conducting audits, assessing process maturity, and implementing improvement actions.
  • Structured, analytical, and hands-on mindset; able to create order and clarity where frameworks are still maturing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge between business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
