Overview
The Senior Application Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise software applications. This role partners closely with business and clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, evaluate system releases and new products, and recommend solutions that optimize processes, improve system utilization, and reduce operational costs.
This position applies advanced application and domain knowledge to perform workflow assessments, define functional requirements, and support system builds, upgrades, and enhancements. The Senior Application Analyst leads testing efforts, manages incidents and changes, and provides on-call support for application-related issues.
